High-temperature alarm device

This high-temperature alarm device (light alarm and buzzer) is intended to notify the user that a temperature of air running through air ducts exceeds its preset threshold.

* The alarm device may be connected to the fire alarm control system at shopping centers and restaurants.

* The alarm device is suited for any hydro filters.

* The alarm device helps to control work of ovens, grills and hydro filters.

Should a controller-preset temperature threshold be exceeded, a light alarm and buzzer warn the user until the temperature drops below the present value.

The temperature sensor is inserted into an air duct after the hydro filter.

Temperature threshold setting method.

Monitor the controller-indicated temperature for several days to find out the maximum value produced inside the air duct (make sure that the hydro filter is clean).

Set the temperature threshold according to the passport instructions: maximum value is +5 deg.

Any abnormal situation (water cut-off, circulation pump failure, etc.) may be caused by excess temperature inside the air ducts.
